The ski museum had a great exhibit to ski patrolling. It gave a great overview of how skiing started here and why si patrol is so important to the development of the sport.

This museum was such a pleasure to stumble across. It had so much history and information about the mountain and skiing throughout the years. It even has an old gondola you can play in and a children's play room for the little ones. The main working was very pleasant as well!

A must visit for any member of the National Ski Patrol. Lots of old skis, kind of like my garage, but lots of nuggets of the history of the NSP and the 10th Mountain troops.

This is a quaint, friendly and interesting museum. We learned a lot in a short space of time about the history of skiing. It is donation only and has a nice gift shop.

Interesting look at the local perspective of skiing in Stowe. The museum has an interesting collection of skis, boards and other means of travelling on the white stuff. It also has an interesting collection of stories of local celebrities and sporting achievements. You will be amazed who has come out of this little town/area. Worth a visit.
