No matter what we've ordered we have been absolutely thrilled. Usually we favor one or two dishes at restuarants we frequent but here we try to order a new entree each time we visit. We have not been disappointed. So far we thoroughly enjoyed Willy's Burger, Steak au Poivre, Pizza Margaritta, and Oven Bricked Chicken. Just this past weekend I was taken by a chicken and pasta dish in a white wine sauce with goat cheese. Yummy! I can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch. The herbs and spice combos used by Chef Chris is what makes this restaurant set itself apart. Appetizers and desserts are equally delicious. The ambiance and friendly atmosphere makes you feel truly welcome. Don't pass this place up if you're ever in the Northeast Kingdom. If you're there on a weekend make sure you make reservations.
