“Excellent staff”
Reviewed 10 April 2012

Spent the week end here and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Even though they are in the middle of renovating they still make us feel at home. I can not say anything negative about the hospitality we received. I would highly recommend staying here.

Where do I start? It took a tleast 45 minutes to check in with no one in front of us. Very unorganized. Very few spoke english at all. One of the rooms we had reeked so bad of chlorine we literally couldn't even spend more than 5 minutes in it and had to give up the room with no others available leaving 6 to share a room. The indoor pool was closed and then reopened with no heat and was the only reason we stayed there to begin wtih. No elevators and each floor had bad smells. The hot breakfast was cold and the coffee was the worst "coffee water" I've ever tasted. The rooms coffee "creamer" looked like rat poison and never even melted at all leaving just white pellets in it. One of the beds had mouse poop in it! I could go on and on but let's just say we were part of a huge group with several rooms and everyone was disgusted....Just a TOTAL DUMP!

The room was very nice. The staff was extremely pleasant. The pool area had an unpleasant odor, and it looked old, like it needed updating and renovation.

we stayed here one night on a trip to Mt Snow. The guy who checked us in was extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and if they ran out of an item it was immediately refilled. They are in the process of doing upgrades and we would definitely stay here again

We booked the Quality Inn for our stay when we went on our snowboarding trip to Stratton Mountain. It is located about 45 minutes away from the mountain.

The Quality Inn shares a driveway with the Hampton Inn next door. It is in a quiet area with other hotels, as well as just a few minutes away from some restaurants, fast-food eateries, and gas stations.

We checked in a little late, but Glenn at the front desk was super nice and helpful. He even offered to keep the pool open late for us.

The hotel itself looks ok. The doors of the rooms are slightly worn, but are fully functional and do not take away from you feeling safe and secure. The inside of the rooms look pretty nice. You get a big flat-screen tv, microwave, and fridge!

The free breakfast spread included bagels, eggs, sausages, potatoes, fresh waffles, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, and more. It was better than expected!

Since we checked in late and checked out early the next morning, we didn't get a chance to check out the pool and fitness center. Overall, the Quality Inn is a little better than an economy hotel. You get more bang for your buck. I would stay here again.
