Pet-friendly room was basic but clean and decent. I had no problem walking bear foot and have my beloved pooch walk on the carpet....unlike next door motel....Sharon was amazing, kind caring and very friendly! Thank you, we will always remember your kindness.

It is your basic room. We got a single king sized bed, and it was as big as promised. I have been to hotels that exaggerate the bed size a little, and this place is not one of them. I did sleep very soundly, as the bed was very comfortable. T.V. worked fine. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. Breakfast was more than I expected, with orange juice and waffles, in addition to the usual coffee and pastries. The shower was clean, but just a shower, no tub. No swimming pool, or hot tub, but I knew that going in. We had not packed our swim suits, so why not save some money, and not pay for those amenities? Overall, a good stay.

What can I say. The room was extremely spacious with great décor. The bed was very comfortable. The property maybe older, but the rooms are well cared for. We only spent one night but it was great. The breakfast was simple juice, coffee, cereal and fresh hot waffles.

Room tip: ask for a room toward the back of the property

Look, budget, low-star accommodation isn't pretty, but the Econo-Lodge in Vernal is a comfortable stay. I probably wouldn't want to stay more than one night, but when travelling it was fine.
The staff were nice, which always helps. Also there is a small kitchenette in room, so adds to flexibility if needed.

Room tip: Great for a 1 night stay

We checked in, expecting to see a dinosaur in the lobby. LOL
We got in our room - which was EXPANSIVE! We couldnt believe how large it was, considering it was a 2star hotel. Yes it was budget-conscious ... but so nice. The restaurant next door - JB's Restaurant - was the breakfast of choice. Nice breakfast bar choices - you couldnt go wrong.
