We booked through Priceline.com and it should not even be listed. We were going to arrive late and called ahead. We were told Rm.#7 would be ours and the key left in the lock, it was, so were the other people staying in the room. Wayne knew this and said he waited up as he was going to change our room. He was not only rude but looked like someone who had been living on the street and had open sores on his hands. The room was filthy, uncomfortable bed and the hot water immediately went ice cold as soon as anyone flushed a toilet. Needless to say we did not stay for breakfast. DO NOT stay here. I've stay in very poor 3rd world countries where the conditions were so much cleaner.

Room Tip: Don't stay here.

Needed a room to sleep on our way to LA. This was midpriced of the 6 motels that we googled. Clean, basic, and met our needs. Did have coffee and blueberry muffins for the morning, which was nice. There was a frige and coffee maker, and the beds were not too bad. It was perfect for a night on the way. It is a motel so outside entry, and real key for room. Blast from the past.

We chose this motel for the price and you get what you pay for. The check in man is very spooky, the rooms are scary. They are kind of damp feeling, the bathrooms are cramped and dirty, seems unsafe. We are staying because we do not want to waste our money but DONT waste yours!! Pay a little more for a little cleaner and safer place.

After a horrid stay in the Motel 6 in Green River, we decided to change hotels and stay at the Budget Inn Motel. The hotels in Moab were booked and charging 3 times their normal price ($170 for a Motel 6 in Moab!). We stayed on Friday, April 7, 2017. The manager, Wayne, is extremely hospitable. We had to borrow a hair dryer before we checked in, and Wayne let us borrow it even though we were still staying in the Motel 6. We hiked in the Needles District of Canyonlands, had dinner in Moab, and drove 45 minutes to the Budget Inn in Green River. The room was spotlessly clean, the sheets were clean, the pillows were made with feathers and were nice and soft. The showers provide water hotter than anyone can stand it with a jet-like spray, perfect for cleaning up after a long day of hiking in Canyonlands. Then a perfect night of sleep. For breakfast, the coffee is brewed fresh every day and it's good. Wayne makes several trays of fresh, hot blueberry muffins, which are awesome. It's not the Taj Mahal, but the rooms are really clean, the showers are hot and powerful, Wayne is a great host, and the fresh, hot blueberry muffins are all included in breakfast, all for under $50. Why stay anywhere else in Green River, or Moab for that matter!

Room Tip: Stay in rooms in the back of the hotel (not on the side where the road is) if you want a quieter room.

The only good thing was the price. The rest was very poor. Reception was dark and dingy with a great deal of message behind the counter. This was the breakfast area. The room was very basic. We stayed the night and declined the breakfast?
