While I was contacted directly by the Property management/new owner office regarding the reservation confirmation, I was very disappointed in the actual appearance of the condo upon arrival late in the evening! Too late to make any changes.
A facility that is that "worn" implies "unclean". The cleanliness was average BUT the amenities, i.e. hand soap, lotion, shampoo were totally absent. After making the request I did receive such although not when needed. The indoor parking was very convenient and safe. the pool was unavailable the first evening (understandably) and fireplace did not work. Overall Not a thrilling experience.
