With a new baby on the way the decision was made to stay and create a life here. In 2014 Magnolia Grace Apperson was born and Magnolias Street Food was established. With their first kitchen, a 14ft double axel trailer, they started cooking food and making a name for themselves. Amazing burrito with a complex combination of spices all wrapped up for one of the best I've eaten. Huge huge huge, enough for leftovers. You must try it, you won't be sorry.

A great place for a summer picnic...food was delish...mostly Mexican. Not super expensive (though I wouldn't call it cheap)

Word of mouth must have spread. Magnolia's has significantly more seating (outdoor picnic tables) and menu options than when we visited last year. Of course, the gourmet tacos are still the centerpiece of the menu, but there were burritos and even grilled hot dogs (for the littlest/pickiest eaters in our group), and everything was way better than you'd expect from a food truck. Fries and more drink choices also surprised us on our repeat visit. If you don't want a full meal, you owe it to yourself to try at least one little taco. The flavors and textures are worth spoiling your next meal over. You really have to taste Magnolia's if you're in the area. The improvements over 2016 were welcome. This is Boulder... and a food truck... so I trust they won't make any changes that would cross the line into overly commercialized or Disney-fied. It's still the kitsch factor (along with the gourmet foundation) that make this place great.

I passed through Boulder and glad I stopped here for a break. The food was good and the service was nice. Order your food and sit at one of the tables in the sun or under the trees.

It was early Saturday morning and we had just started our travel for the day. Being that we were camping, we were craving a good cup of joe. This was the place to find it. The owner brewed it right there as we chatted it up with him. What a friendly and engaging guy! We had already eaten breakfast, but if I was coming back through this area, I would certainly order it here. Shaded picnic tables on the grounds make it a very welcoming and peaceful place.
