This is a very, very unlikely place to serve me one of the best burgers I've had in my life, but here we are. Ed's is so authentic it looks phony, with laser printed "humerous" signs and slogans and college football or hunting on the TV. Beers are cheap and cold and service is sweet and quick. But its the burger you want. Thin, almost to the point of crispy, latticed meat served simply on a perfectly toasted bun. Chopped lettuce, onions, thin sliced tomato and lots of pickles. And somehow it comes together like magic. We had great memories of this hamburger from a visit a few years ago and were positive it wouldn't live up to our memories but it did.
This weird place keeps weird hours. They close at 5 on saturdays and are closed sunday and monday.
