“Lovely complex, wonderful host.”

We stayed at this apartment and were more than happy with the facilities. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive, friendly and most helpful as were his staff. Great location for families or couples who enjoy been close to the sea and in the centre of it all. I would recommend the apartment. Enjoy!

Enjoyed my stay here.

It's in the middle of las Americas, walking distance from all the main places, there is a surf beach literally on your door step so would recommend if you surf. I surfed every day!
Lovely pool.

The owner is very helpful and polite, deposited my money by bank transfer as we left before 8am. Very quick to reply to emails.

All in all a nice stay.

Je suis vraiment désolé d'apprendre que vous n'êtes pas entièrement satisfait de la Villa, et nous prenons très au sérieux ce que nos clients veulent et désirent, alors je répondrai à vos commentaires, même si, pour être honnête, je suis plutôt surpris. .. et malheureusement et devrait l'admettre, je ne pense pas que vous soyez complètement honnête, car un jour avant votre départ vous m'avez envoyé un message électronique merveilleux, en me remerciant pour votre séjour, que vous l'aimiez, et en mentionnant un seul problème avec de l'eau qui coulait très lentement .. Vous m'avez écrit évidement le suivant: "Bonjour, Le taxi viendra nous chercher pour notre départ ce dimanche à 4 heures du matin. Nous devons donc prendre rendez-vous Etat des lieux à 15h45 dans le matin ce dimanche 19. Notre séjour a été plutôt bon mais il y avait de petits problèmes d'eau dans la douche en bas et le lavabo dans la salle de bain où l'eau coule très peu. Merci de confirmer notre rendez-vous pour ce dimanche à 03h45 merci bien jour. Envoyé de mon iPhone ".

Et seulement après que je vous ai mentionné qu'il est correct de quitter l'appartement à 4 heures du matin, mais l'envoi de mon personnel à ce moment et les visites à 3h45 du matin sont soumis à 20 € de paiement, conformément à mon règlement intérieur. Ce n'est qu'après que vous avez commencé à me dire à quel point vos vacances étaient horribles, à quel point votre appartement était sale, à quel point c'était mauvais et à quel point j'étais mal et en général après tout une taxe de 20 € pour une visite tardive. Après tout cela, j'ai décidé de faire preuve de souplesse et de vous proposer une solution de rechange: vous ne payez rien, vous quittez l'appartement vous-même, laissez les clés à l'intérieur et nous reviendrons le lendemain matin dans nos heures de travail. votre dépôt de garantie intégral à votre compte bancaire. Vous avez dit que vous ne le vouliez pas et que vous vouliez avoir de l’argent en main au moment de quitter la propriété, et c’est bon pour moi, et assez bien. Mais encore une fois, je vous rappelle que, conformément à mon annonce et à mon règlement intérieur, il est stipulé que «les arrivées et les départs en dehors des heures d'ouverture (de 21h00 à 09h00) peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires et vérifier d'abord avec le propriétaire, si l'un d'entre eux s'appliquent ". Après cela, vous avez recommencé à dire toutes les choses désagréables sur moi, sur ma propriété et sur tout le reste.
Et maintenant vous avez ajouté tout le reste, que vous ne m'avez même jamais mentionné: électricité, réfrigérateur, bonbons, sèche-linge, etc. :)))

Pendant tout votre séjour, et cela a duré 11 jours, vous ne m'avez jamais parlé de problèmes de nettoyage de la propriété, d'eau ou de tout ce que vous avez inventé aujourd'hui et qui ne vaut probablement même pas la peine d'être commenté ...
Au moment de la réservation, vous m'avez demandé de l'accepter, car vous aviez 7 personnes au total, et j'accepte un maximum de 6 dans cette propriété. Et je l’ai accepté après l’avoir interrogé à plusieurs reprises, et en prenant un compromis pour payer un supplément pour plus de personnes. Tout est écrit dans notre correspondance sur cette plateforme. Tous les services optionnels supplémentaires (comme la prise en charge à l'aéroport, le routeur Wi-Fi privé, le lit bébé et la chaise haute, le pack de bienvenue, le nettoyage, etc.) sont mentionnés dans ma publicité, ainsi que les prix de ces options. Vous m'avez demandé de fournir le lit et je vous rappelle que vous aviez 7 personnes selon votre demande et que je vous ai facturé pour ce service supplémentaire. Vous l'avez accepté, AVANT QUE LA RÉSERVATION A ÉTÉ CONFIRMÉE, votre indignation à propos de ces extras que vous m'avez demandé de vous fournir est absolument indécente et inappropriée.
Maintenant, en ce qui concerne ma langue française ... Eh bien, vous avez absolument raison, mon français est nul :))), et c'est très pauvre, c'est vrai ... Mais je parle et parle couramment 5 autres langues, et j'ai offert vous en parler dans chacun d'entre eux, y compris les plus populaires: ANGLAIS, ESPAGNOL, ITALIEN, et comme vous l'avez dit à propos de mon français - vous étiez absolument muet et ne parliez pas un mot de ces langues .. Donc à votre place, je ne serait pas très confiant de pointer du doigt quelqu'un d'autre en parlant des langues étrangères, car vous parlez tous sans langue.
Pour finir; Je pense que vous avez tout à fait raison de revenir la prochaine fois à l'hôtel, car je me suis rendu compte que vous ne compreniez pas vraiment la différence entre l'hébergement en hôtel et la restauration en appartement.
Dans un appartement indépendant, il n'y a pas de réception 24 heures sur 24, donc si vous voulez partir à 3h45 du matin, nous devons envoyer quelqu'un pour cela, et nous devons payer pour cela.
En appartement privé indépendant, il n'y a pas de service de ménage quotidien, donc si vous souhaitez un nettoyage supplémentaire, vous pouvez le demander et le payer. Je ne parle même pas de l'état de l'appartement et de tout ce que vous avez fait avec la literie et le linge ...
Dans les appartements indépendants, il existe peu de services optionnels que vous pourriez demander et payer.
Je pense que pas besoin de continuer, puisque tout ce cirque que vous avez commencé à jouer seulement après que je vous ai dit environ 20€ pour 3h du matin ...
Eh bien, je vous souhaite tout le meilleur à vous et à toute votre famille. Et bonne chance avec les langues et les hôtels étrangers! :)))

Thank you very much for taking time to share your thoughts and concerns regarding my property. I am very sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with the Villa, and we take very seriously what our clients want and desire, so I will answer your comments, even though, to be honest I am quite surprised to read your review now ... and unfortunately and should admit it, I do not think you are completely honest, since one day prior your departure you have sent me wonderful e-mail message, saying thanking me for your stay, that you liked it, and mentioning only one problem with water that was running very slow.. You wrote me evactly the following: " Hello, The taxi will pick us up for our departure this Sunday at 4am.We must therefore make our appointment State of the premises at 3:45 in the morning this Sunday 19. Our stay was pretty good however there were small water issues in the shower downstairs and the sink in the bathroom where the water runs very little.Thank you for confirming our appointment for this Sunday at 3:45 am thank you good day. But again I reminded you, that as per my advert and my House Rules it is stated that "out-of-hours arrivals/departures (09pm-09am) might result in extra charges and should be agreed previously, please do not instantly book and check with owner first, if any of these apply". After that you started again saying all the nasty things about me personally, about my property, and about everything else.
And now you added all the rest, which you even never mentioned to me nefore: electricity, fridge, candies, dryer, etc.. :)))

During your whole stay, and it was for 11 days long, you never mentioned me any troubles you had with cleaning of the property, or with water, or with anything else which you invented now and which is probably not even worth commenting...
At the point of Booking YOU PRAYED ME TO ACCEPT IT, as you were 7 people in total, and I accept maximum 6 in this property. And I did accept it after you asked me about it several times, and taking a compromise to pay extra supplement for more people. It is all written in our correspondence in this platform. Also all optional extra services (like airport pick-up, private Wi-Fi router, baby cot and high chair, welcome pack, cleaning, etc.) are mentioned in my advert, as well as the prices for these optionals. You asked me to provide the cot, and I remind - you were 7 people as per you request, and I have billed you suplement for this extra services. You accepted it, BEFORE THE BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED, so your indignation now about these extras you asked me to provide you with is absolutely insincere and inappropriate.
Now, regarding my french language... Well, here you absolutely right, my french sucks :))), and it is very poor, that is true... But I speak and very fluent in other 5 languages, and I offered you to talk in any of them, including the most popular ones: ENGLISH, SPANISH, ITALIAN, and as you said about my french - you were absolutely mute and didn´t speak a word of these languages.. So in your place, I wouldn´t be very confident about pointing finger on someone else regarding speaking foreign languages, as all you 7 people speak NO LANGUAGE AT ALL.
To finish; I think you are very right about coming back next time to the Hotel, as I realised you don´t really understand the difference between Hotel accomodation and Self-catering in apartment.
In self-catering private apartment, there are no 24-hours Reception, so you if you want to check out at 3:45am in the morning, we have to send somebody to do that, and we have to pay for it.
In self-catering private apartment, there are no everyday maid service, so if you want extra cleaning, you can ask for it and pay for it. I am jot even mentioning about the state of apartment and everything you have done with beddings and linen...
In self-catering private apartment, there are few optional services which you might ask for and pay for them..

I think no need to continue, since all this circus you have started performing only after I told you about 20€ for 3am vist...
