The apartment is in a very central location between Porto Colom and the Fanabe beach area of Costa Adeje. There's loads of bars and restaurants nearby all selling very reasonably priced food and drink. I'd especially recommend the Blue Cactus which is ridiculously good value.
The complex seems to consist of a mix of privately owned apartments and others let by a 'holiday bond' company. It seems to have two names...Sunset Harbour and Pueblo Torviscas. However. all share the communal/pool areas. The pool was great being heated, so our children were able to stay without getting fed up and shivery...you've no idea how welcome that was! Drinks by the pool are cheap, and there's a swim up bar. The two restaurants onsite were very good, and despite having a somewhat captive market, they're very proud of their businesses and give great service. There's a simple entertainment programme by the pool, mainly aimed at children, run by a very enthusiastic and friendly chap. We spoke to several people who've been coming back here for 20 years!
The apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed for 2 weeks self-catering. The sea view from the balcony was lovely. The mattress on the double bed seems old and was very uncomfortable though...we reported this to the local agent, but unfortunately they weren't able to replace it during our stay, the owner says he's going to replace it though.
Overall I'd describe it as good 3 star accommodation, and we enjoyed our stay.
