You get what you pay for, it is a good price to book and the location is good just abour 5-10 minute walk from the strip and the beach. The balcony's are quite close together and nothing to block you from seeing your neighbour. At the pool you are not allowed any inflatables, this was a let down as the pool can be quite boring without a lilo or ball to play in.

Our board at these apartments was bed and breakfast, room was nice and spacious although there was no air-con (fans available for hire) good location as it was only a 2 min walk to local shops and 5-10 mins to bars and resturants, pool nice size, plenty of sun beds, soft drinks and beer was quite cheap. We didnt eat dinner or evening meal so not sure if they were good value for money.
The down side to these apartments was the noise at night time, we stayed on the ground floor and there seemed to be work going on every night- loud trucks, men working they were really loud so i dont think it would have mattered if we were on the 5th, the 9th or any other high floor they still would of been noisey, we even heard a lady complaining to reception desk staff and she got in the lift after to go to her room.

The apartments are a little dated and could do with some tlc but are very clean. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and parasols available but the pool closes a little early for our liking, (7.30 pm) but during the day there is a lifeguard.
Receptionist booked us in quickly and was very friendly. We didnt find it too noisy at night, obviously during the day it is especially on the ground floor where we were but thats to be expected! Its cheap and cheerful and in a prime location, good for a family stay. We would stay here again. Great little 24 hour supermarket right next door.

Good hotel and good facilities at the top of a hill. Handy for restaurants, shops, pubs and supermarkets. Plenty of sun beds and good snack bar with reasonably priced food and drinks. Long walk down to Playa Americas beach it's handier to go to beaches past Porto Colon
