Booking was easy and straightforward. David communicated by what's app with address etc. which I just showed the message with address to the taxi driver who took us straight to the apartment (around €23) David was at the apartment on our arrival. The apartment was furnished to a high standard and maticulously clean, There was a lovely welcome pack which consist of wine, chocolate, cereal, tea bag, milk etc...All cleaning products provided also. It had everything we could possibly need for our self catering stay. There was a virander which was fairly private and got the sun most of the day, however we sat out side at the front of the building as it had lovely views of the sea in front of us and views of the hills behind us, it also got the sun from sunrise to sunset. The Grand Sur shopping centre was a 5 min walk away. David messaged a few days into our stay to say if we needed anything just to let him know. Over all my partner and I loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.
Wonderful apartment which was brand new, I have never stayed in such a beautiful holiday apartment it was lovely, everything you needed was there, even lovely little touches like fruit, milk, water and cereal were there for us on arrival. The owners (David & Haviar) were lovely & took us to and from the airport and made sure everything was ok.
The bedroom was a good size with plenty of wardrobes and drawers and the front room had more storage for anyone who was staying on the sofa bed. There is a patio which was lovely to sit and chill in the evening all very secure with gated area. The bathroom was gorgeous and the best shower I have ever had! Another added bonus is that it was free WiFi we had no problems with the signal it worked great.
There is a taxi rank just outside the apartment, and a supermarket and bar across the road is about 5 mins walk.
A short walk down the hill & across the motorway is the bus stop, my family were in Playa das Americas so we went there most days and it was only 1.45 euro each on the bus (8 euros in a taxi) and takes about 10-15 minutes. There is also plenty of bars & shops about a 15 minute walk away in Costa Adeje, its an easy walk down but coming back is mainly up hill so it maybe abit hard for someone who isn't used to walking up hills. The water parks are only about 5 mins taxi ride away. I walked from Playa das Americas back one day and it took about 50 minutes, plenty to see along the way though and most of it along the sea front so it was an enjoyable walk with lots of bars and shops along the way. The only thing I could fault (and its not really a fault) is that there is no swimming pool, I went with my 11 year old granddaughter and she would have loved one there but I have been told that they are planning to have one built this year which would make it even more perfect!. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want somewhere quiet away from all the hustle and bustle its perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay here and I will definitely use this place again if I go back to Tenerife without a doubt. :-)
