We liked that they had chairs for us to sit and watch the glass artists do there thing to make the molten glass come to life. Lots of different things to look at and buy.

We got off our ship and decided to explore the Royal Naval Dockyard. The Dockyard Glassworks has a lot to offer in beautiful artisan blown glass. We highly recommend it!

It is a cool place to visit to watch the demonstration of glassblowing. It is a hot process but wonderful to observe the technique to produce beautiful pieces of artwork. There are several collection of artworks on display to purchase to take home for yourself and for those friends and family members who did not have chance to visit Bermuda as souvenirs.

We last visited in 2014. It's in the same building but not as active as it was on our last visit. Still worth a visit, same for the rum cake in the same place.

A brief visit to the glass works was interesting to see an artist at work making glass souvenirs - unfortunately it was very hot inside and no air conditioning. There are some other trinkets and souvenirs as well as rum cakes, soft drinks jewellery you can pick up.

What a fun way to kick off our honeymoon! Alan was so fun, funny, and extremely talented. I would not only recommend inquiring about a class but would totally recommend visiting the studio to see all of the beautiful pieces and have some rum cake! Don’t miss out!
