We came in late for the buffet lunch on Monday and it was still busy at 2:00PM. Lunch ends at 2:30PM. The decor is very school cafeteria style and the brunch is set up in one corner of the room. The sambaar was hot, savory and perfectly spiced and the methu vada (lentil bread) was crispy on the outside with wonderful soft dough on the inside dotted with lentils.
Once seated, the server brought naan and dosa and our mango lassi tasted as if the mangos had just been freshly picked minutes before being served. Pluses from the buffet included the chicken tikka masala and the dhal. However, the chicken biryani was a bit of a miss in the taste department - because it was a little bland. I would definitely go back and try the dinner another time. There are possibilities there still to be explored and this was a lovely taste.
