This a small, family owned RV Park cut into the beautiful hills of Ingram. It is located 5 miles NW outside of Ingram on Johnson Creek. The roads are paved and the RV spots are concrete. They do ask that you use pads under your jacks. RV spots are nestled in a pecan grove w/ birds singing and deer at dusk. There is a nice clubhouse along w/ a gazebo and patio. They have nice, clean showers and bathrooms that have their own door for privacy. The laundry room is coin operated. Note, clothes lines are not allowed. You have cell phone coverage here and there is WiFi. This is not a “campground”. There are no fire pits, due to the high fire danger. There are a lot of rental buildings/apartments here and it would be a great place for a rally or a wedding, etc. The owners and the people who work here are very nice. I am glad to learn the Owners are going to add an Activities Coordinator to plan and execute activities for the Winter Texans. That will be advantageous for their business and elevate this place to more of a “resort” type facility. Keep in mind, there is no such thing as a “perfect RV park/resort/campground”, etc. You need to do your research and pick which one suites you best. We would recommend this place for a stay.

Have thoroughly enjoyed our stays here. Very well kept rv resort with large pull through sites and plenty of shady trees. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Enjoy the deer grazing close by and lots of area to just get out and "walk the dog". A little bit out of the way but perfect if you want a quiet respite.

We stayed at this beautiful RV park with our camping club group of friends for one of our rallies, and it was so nice, quiet, and also a wildlife area. Very shady, very level sites for RVs. On Sunday, we attended the church service at the little building in the Park and were very moved by this pastor's service. This is a very caring group of people and made us feel welcome as visitors both at the RV park and the church. We plan to go back to this RV park at a future date this year.

Room Tip: This is NOT a hotel, but an RV Park.

This is a very nice, clean and well kept RV park. The staff upon check in were nice and friendly. The sites are concrete pads with full hook ups. It is out in the country and they have miniature horses that they will let you feed. There is a list of what you can feed them in the informational brochure that they give you. We also saw a nice herd of deer just about every day we were there. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

One of the nicest and friendliest rv parks we have stayed at. It's about 35 minutes west of Fredericksburg on 27, 6 miles past Ingram. Park has very large sites with full hookups. Creek runs along the property line for swimming and fishing. The park has a herd of miniature horses that can be fed with carrots/celery. The novelty of the park are the Axis deer. We will be back....very quiet and peaceful.
