Hotel was clean and staff were polite. Family booked a 2 queen room and on the first night heavy rains hit Houston leaving the "hall" of our room and bathroom flooded from a leaky ceiling (odd since we were only on the 3rd floor). The front desk staff quickly moved us to another room. Even though the other room was considered an "upgrade" it did not fit our family as well as the 2 queen room did (instead had one king and a pull out sofa). All other 2 queen rooms were booked though, so it's all they had that could possibly work.
Breakfast is sufficient but nothing to write home about. But free, so can't complain.
The front desk was sometimes unmanned, and even though this was never a problem with us, we did see some people waiting for someone to check them in or out.
You can hear some airplane noise, which I guess is a given since you're so close to the airport.
Overall, a good choice for $60 or less per night. Over $60.00, I would have been disappointed.More
