Hubs & I stopped here for lunch and relived our younger days. We used to eat here all the time and it still rocks! The complimentary bread is awesome, but the butter could be softer so that it can be spread. Nice house salads and the pizza is just as I remember it: Crisy crust, ample toppings, and great temperature. Our server was excellent---name was Victor. One of the most thoughtful, humorous, and efficient we've had in a long time. We had our privacy, but he was there when drinks were low, etc. Kudos to this place!

Met with friends for dinner at Antonio’s Flying Pizza (that’s what I call Antonio’s Italian Restaurant on Hillcroft) this evening. I thoroughly enjoyed some calamari, garlic bread, Caesar salad and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. Antonio’s is a very good Italian restaurant which has been a Houston staple for decades. This old school restaurant continues to be a consistently good choice for Italian food in Houston.

I had one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Houston in a long time! They also have great pasta, salads and delish garlic bread! Antonio started the restaurant in 1971 and he’s still there to greet you! His staff threw a pizza dough crust across the room for our entertainment!

This is truly a hidden Italian treasure in Houston. This Mom and pop Italian restaurant is perfect if you want authentic Italian food. We love going to Antonio’s as we know we will get some really great Italian Food. We had a small pizza, lasagna and some baked ziti. All of it was delicious!
We paid about $110 for four people and it was totally worth it. You should try it!
