We stayed at the bed and breakfast late June on a weeknight in room 205.
The room (at first glance) was nice but after a closer inspection we noticed water stains on the wall and dust build up on the fans (see posted pics). The A/C unit must have been on the roof over the sitting area which makes a loud noise when on. The bath tub had cracks which made us second guess using the tub and there was no shower (so make note of this room if a shower is needed!). There was only one tv which was in the sitting area – no tv in the bedroom. The building is located on HWY 290 so large trucks pass though town at night – avoid rooms located by the main road.
The pool area was nice - deepest part of the pool is five foot. The B&B provides only two towels per room so bring extras if you decide to swim.
Breakfast came to the room by a staff member however the breakfast was the same meal from the Mexican restaurant next door - it was not “home cooking”. Breakfast consisted of a muffin, one breakfast taco, fried potatoes and orange juice (per person).
Down the street is the Embassy Suites which also includes a free breakfast – we will try them first next time!More
