Came in for NCAA March Madness, and while my squad lost a buzzer beater, I came away very impressed with the AAC. Nice comfortable concourse made walking around easy. Great food concession selection. Had great seats for game, but also didn’t feel cramped. Getting in and out was smooth and traffic flow was good.

We really enjoyed visiting the American Airlines Centre in Dallas, for a hockey game this month! The staff are friendly, and it's very accessible. I did find that more food choices would have been desirable, as it was a very basic menu of Pizza Hut pizza (which I swear had some kind of artificial sweetener in it!), hot dogs, Burgers, etc. However, we still love the venue and would come back!!! We love the "Dallas Stars" cheer!!!

Went to a hockey game here. Fortunately, we had great seats.
Most higher seats had to watch on the screens. Still a fun, but pricey entertainment venue.

Sun 3/11/18 BBall game, Lexus parking garage N. Akard entrance. Street-side permit-seller black dude say $40 to park. Says lower price parking is 1 mile away. So I pay, but inside gate-attendant confirms price is $25. Luckily a cop is right there so we confront the dude. He has many excuses but finally gives me $10 back. FACILITY MANAGEMENT: get your act together. No pricing posted *anywhere* including the permit/receipt. You are enabling these RIP OFF scams with poor price controls.

Booked on line which was a bit of a hassle as a foreigner and they need a phone number, then getting in at the door it took 5 mins to retrieve the ticket on my phone, but the staff were very helpful.
Got in and found a craft beer stall - great! Cost $9 for a small beer but nice - then had a chicken taco only problem was a drunk man shouting al the time but you can’t blame the stadium for that.
Overall a very good experience the game itself was fun also !,

Thank Mark D
