This hotel is under the Hyatt flagship/name, but it is a renovated former Radisson or something like that. It has been nicely redone but still needs some polish. It is a moderate hotel, in terms of luxury/amenities/price---not high end like many Hyatts. The omelette breakfast was included and was great. The flaws were that there is single pane glass and my room faced the pool; i could hear people talking outside. There was no waste paper basket under the desk, and no glass in the bathroom. That said, the room and bed were comfortable, and for close proximity to downtown Dallas, it was an excellent value.
