I'm not sure about the recent bad reviews because our experience was positive.

My wife and I spent about $35 total for dinner for the two of us, got to sit outside, and got to hear live music. With as many people were here, many people must really enjoy being here, and the price seems quite reasonable.

The courtyard is fenced or walled in with two play areas for kids and a lovely fountain to splash in as well. People were playing or dancing to the music.

I also recommend the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. Really tasty food.

Nothing good can be said about this visit. They destroyed a beautiful family evening.

After waiting for 30 minutes to be seated then anothet 40 minutes to find a waiter. then after ordering another 30 minutes for them to come back and tell us they were out of their signature dish: Ribs!

Management was non-existant! You want a bad experience check them out.

Came to see a local band and loved the setting with outdoor stage and tables under the trees.

Was told 1 hour wait (7:00pm Friday night) but could clearly see lots of empty tables in front of the band. Asked if we could just sit and listen until table came up but were told no. While we waited we saw lots of people who got tired of the wait. Problem seems to be too little staff.

Actually got a table in less than an hour and had friendly waiter. Lettuce wraps (appetizer) for dinner-- too much $ for 5 lettuce leaves and maybe 2 oz of meat if I'm generous. Weird BBQ sauce didn't fit the profile of dish. Other family split a generous burger and fries and were super satisfied.

Shout out to Thrift Store Prophets laying down some nice tunes and I sincerely hope this place works out its service kinks.

Lone Star has a great atmosphere but the food can be hit and go. If you are looking for a place that has a great patio to chill out on and grab some eats, this will fit your bill

A nice place to come if you have small children. They have a big fenced in courtyard with playground equipment, so the kids are entertained while waiting for food. We got lucky and crawfish were in season. The first time I have ever had a crawfish boil. We split a single order and they were a spicy and fun appetizer. They had live music; traditional country the day we were there. The service was good, but we were there on a Sunday afternoon, which typically isn't a busy time of the day. An enjoyable, relaxing afternoon spent with family with young children, sitting outside for appetizers and cold beverages.
