We ended up booking last minute as an extension of our vacation. We had to leave our cabin on Saturday and booked this hotel on like Wednesday. I talked to a guy-I'm pretty sure his name was Dylan [hes from Louisiana] was so friendly and helpful. We booked the ultimate king suite room. I will be including pictures to show you how awesome this room was. We arrived early & explained we had to check out of our cabin & had our dog with us. They told us they would have our rooms cleaned asap & let us check in early. The most important thing to us in a hotel is that it is clean. This room was very very very clean. It had a kitchen, dining room, living room, separate bedroom, jacuzzi tub, and a separate bathroom with a regular shower and tub. The vanity was outside the bathroom which was so convenient to get ready by while not hogging the bathroom. There was an elevator to get to the other floors which was great because my grandmother was with us and she can't climb stairs. The living room was carpeted which is great for my dog because he is an older dog-he can't stand up on hardwood. Only negatives I would say is that the air conditioner was a little loud, and wish there was a tv in the bedroom in addition to the one in the living room. Just minor things because we would stay here again without a doubt!!!! I can't say enough about how friendly the people who work here are. They really make you feel welcome, like they truly appreciate your business. Located right behind the Dixie Stampede so it takes barely a minute to hit the parkway. A wonderful experience I intend to repeat soon!

I had stayed here before a few years back and it was pretty nice. The actually upgraded and made the rooms look very nice but the beds were horrid. yikes couldn't sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time. the air conditioner ran all the time and you could not adjust it. so you were either freezing or hot. When I ask the staff about the beds they said " well the mattress last longer the harder they are" When I ask the air conditioner they said "we have had problems with a few of them"

Dear Melissa M,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay was. We are happy to find that you liked our newly updated rooms, however, we are saddened to read that our new Simmons pillow top mattress did not meet your preferences.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated as this will help us in making future renovation decisions so that we may provide comfortable accommodations to you and other guests in the future.

Thank you,
Ela Bryja

My Family of 3 and my fur babies stayed here for 4 days . We Had An Amazing Stay . The Staff Was Very Kind And Helpful And Made Us Feel So Welcome And At Home. The Went Out Of Their Way To Make Us Comfortable . The Private Balcony View Was Relaxing as well a beautiful.... Very Low Rate Considering Where It Is Located . Wont Ever Stay Anywhere Else In Pigeon Forge Again . Close To Everything . Located Right Behind The Dixie Stampede

Very nice hotel. Was very comfy and the river was peaceful. Only thing i hated was them allowing the time share people in the lobby to harass people. I dont get why they allow that. The breakfast was amazing.

You get what you pay for. Some confusion online as to which rooms had the jacuzzi tubs , disappointed to find my room without it. Fireplace didn't work. River was barely visible through overgrown trees. Room was clean and comfortable until the early morning hours. We had been traveling for days, this was our first opportunity to sleep in a little. Apparently there was something that needed drilled into the walls below our room. Over, and over, and over. The staff was pleasant with the exception of the gentleman holding my parking pass hostage until he completed his sales pitch regarding some sort of open house they were having the next day. Hint: Let me check in and view the property for 30 seconds, get comfortable and take a much needed shower before selling me a week next winter.
