We attended this Christmas show last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We decided to return this year and bring friends. Although it was the sand show, everything was professional. Great voices, good dancing, comedic skits, beautiful Christmas sets. This show appeals to all ages. I highly recommend this production, but it would be nice if they included some new sets each year.

We've been to SMO for several years for the Christmas show. This year was okay but not what it used to be. Limited on talent, set design, and content. Not as many performers, the set design budget appears to have seen significant cuts. Also, they usually have a full on "true meaning of Christmas" after the intermission.

My feeling is Dolly's new venue has pulled a ton of business away from this one and they have cut the budget to stay alive. "Buy one, get one free" tickets sound good..... ~$56/person. We had five so 2 "free". Dolly's (from a brochure) is ~$42 per person and you get a full meal. We're going to try that next year.

One of the things we really respected was this company took a stand to celebrate Christmas holiday. The SMO continues to claim they are unapologetic about the "true meaning of Christmas" being the birth of Jesus Christ. It was interesting this year that very little time was spent on the spiritual Christmas songs, etc. (2 or 3) and the M.C.'s explanation was totally void of the resurrection-- just about a baby that was born, lived and died in a borrowed tomb. It's immaterial to me what position SMO takes on this subject for the season, but it seems that if they make a claim to be unapologetic about it, they why water it down? Just sanitize it so no one is offended and leave out all the hype.

This was one of the most amazing Christmas shows I have ever seen. It has a little bit of everything and is simply a first class production. Nice salute to veterans is included and the grand finale live nativity will blow you away. Would not hesitate to go back tomorrow - it was that good. There are some nice internet specials available as well as some combo packages that will save you money.

This could be the best Christmas show the Opry has ever put on. Tremendously entertaining and professional - it has a little bit of everything to suit a variety of tastes. The singers and dancers are top rate and the sets and costuming are just amazing. This is a big production and you will love it... Highly Recommend.

We saw the Christmas show and it was spectacular! Kept our attention the whole time. Got a BOGO coupon online from the Opry’s website and it was a fantastic value.
