This was the last hotel of our tour of the Southern States of the U.S. and was sadly a disappointment. The hotel is outside of downtown Nashville and although I do not know how old the hotel is, it is rather tired looking. The corridors were all very, very cold, with the air con blasting out icy cold air. I and others complained about this, but nothing happened. Our bedroom door was ill fitting as well as damaged and there was a cold draught all the time. When we switched the heater on in our room, there was a smell of burning dust. Our room was serviced, which some others of our group, find did not happen. Maybe, if the foreign room maids had spent less time nattering loudly outside our room in the early evening, until I opened the door and they disappeared, they may have had time to do their jobs. There was a shuttle service, but although it took customers into downtown, it did not return to bring the customers back.
There were two dining areas and we did use them, but I will review separately.

Thank you, Linda, for taking the time to critique our property during your recent stay with us. Please accept my apologies for your disappointment, as we have recently cleaned all of our HVAC room units to better control the room temperature desired. We do service all rooms, however a growing number of guests leave their do not disturb door holders on, telling us not to disturb. Your comments about noise from our housekeepers in the hallway will be used as a trainable moment in our housekeeping department.

The phones in our room didn't work and after making it clear the front desk of this issue, no action was taken to get it corrected. I was told I would have a $50 pre-auth for damages, instead i have a $95 pre-auth that's still in my account 2 days after checking out.

Great city to visit. Millennium Hotel staff helped making the trip more enjoyable. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location is out of the downtown area but they do provide a free shuttle service.
