Booked this place for our semi annual sisters trip. There were 6 of us coming from all directions for a Nashville weekend . The house was relatively easy to find , but a bit farther from Nashville then what was advertised. Took us about 20-25 minutes to get into Nashville. The house is huge with many sleeping areas . The main floor was nice but the basement where all but 2 bedrooms were was damp and a bit smelly. We didn't get to enjoy the outside or lake because it rained the entire time we were there but the house sits up on a pretty steep hill so may have been a challenge for some. Overall things were dated and not as clean as we would have liked it but it was OK. Would be a good place for a huge family get together as there is plenty of areas you could also put air mattresses. Overall it was fine but a little high priced for the distance from Nashville .
Rusty was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The lake the house sat on was beautiful. Our first trip to Nashville was wonderful.
Comfy beds, more than enough room for 10 people. Down stairs was great, hot tub was a huge hit as well. 35 minutes from Broadway but the drive was easy, and the scenery was beautiful. Nice neighborhood, the kids went for a run in the morning along the lake. It was just awesome. First time renting vs hotels, and it was definitely worth it.
Great place to stay with family. Close but far enough from downtown. Wonderful view, easy entrance to the house, and plunty of parking space as we had three vehicles. Owner was easy to work with and answered all questions we had. House itself is very spacious, plunty of rooms with nice sized beds, decks out front and back were nice as well.
