We stayed in the suite 23 and it was the best equipped suite (everything you need in the kitchen etc) and the beds are honestly the most comfortable I have ever slept in . Kids loved the single bed also.
Really good place to stay. Rooms are very dark with curtains closed. Fantastic. Good WiFi. Warm rooms heater /air con in each room and tv in lounge and both bedrooms.

Bed is so soft it has no support, the rooms are cramped and tiny. And you are sleeping right next to the Princes Highway and a train track so no sleep. Also unless you ask exactly the correct question information regarding breakfast and where and when it is served is not provided. Lastly these guys cannot assist with Glutton Free breakfasts. Has very limited Wifi to boot.
The room was very comfortable with excellent amenities. I had do some work in the room and it was very spacious, quiet and clean. It may not look like much from the road, but it is a surprisingly luxorious place and very good value for the price.
The room was in the older section of the motel. The room was clean but dated. Probably the worst mattress I've ever slept on.Poor fitting curtains didn't allow for a dark room for sleeping, especially as the exterior lighting was directly above the window.
Biggest disappointment was that they tried to charge us for the room again even though we had booked and pre-paid in full through Trip Advisor. One of our party who had also booked and pre-paid were charged twice because her partner didn't know payment had been made. They are endeavouring to get a refund.
A budget motel.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was clean, well equipped, newly renovated spacious, comfortable beds. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this place. The owner was obliging and gave us late checkout because of our commitment in Warragul. Thank you.
