A nice budget hotel, I've stayed twice now. The rooms are basic, but well appointed and spotlessly clean. Nice big beds and modern bathrooms. Parking is free and right outside the room. The only downside (not in the hotel's control) is there is a train line nearby, but we only had two trains go by in the two nights we were there and they were fairly early in the evening, so not really disruptive.

Bedroom had a queen bed which was super comfy with nice linen, extra blanket in the wardrobe to throw on if necessary. Good quality towels and lashings of hot water! One criticism would be the sink which I found very shallow in the shower room for having a wash in. Nice shampoos and lotion and stand alone hair dryer.
Tea & coffee in the rooms and small bar fridge.
Parking out the back away from road and access to rooms from back, surprised at how quiet the rooms were with main road and railway passing close by. Best nights sleep for a while!
$9 for breakfast in your room - ceral, fruit juice, toast which is all you need, nice to see not over-charging for breakfast which can so often be the case.
Free wifi had good speed.
Desk was a little tight for working on had to juggle where computer was in relation to jug/kettle due to location of power socket.
Nice touch to have a curtain to pull across frosted glass door to keep the light out.
