My wife and I stayed in the Tree Tops Villa for 2 nights. The villa is situated in the most beautiful, paradise-like part of Trentham with a stunning garden, overlooking a tranquil bush nestled lake.
The accomodation itself was surprisingly luxurious. Features and fixtures were high quality and made the time spent there even more enjoyable. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away.
On arrival we were greeted with a generous array of breakfast supplies with local produce, good quality coffee and handmade biscuits. It was these little details that made our stay more memorable.
The bed was comfy and the room private and stylish. We will stay here again for certain.
We stayed in Tree Tops villa for 2 nights. It was in a peaceful location and the view of the lake through the trees was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets if we required them. There was a free standing bath which I didn’t have time to use unfortunately as well as the shower. Note that water pressure is fine if you are the only one showering at the time; one morning I think the shower in the villa below us was being used at the same time and the pressure dropped off. Once we figured this out, it wasn’t a problem.
The kitchenette facilities and breakfast provisions were great. There is a small fridge, a microwave, kettle and toaster. A variety of teas and coffees were available as well as homemade biscuits and a couple of chocolates. We made use of the breakfast provisions (cereals, fresh and tinned fruit, bread for toasting along with butter and a variety of spreads) one day and visited the nearby Red Beard Bakery for breakfast on the other day. Dishwashing liquid and a teatowel were provided to clean up afterwards.
We were able to watch a movie we brought with us thanks to Wendy providing the details of the inputs required for the TV. Before we arrived, she also installed a DVD/Bluray player which was appreciated.
