We managed to get room here soon after a late cancellation and found checkin easy and friendly. Room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. En-suite was ‘cosy’. Very little road noise.
All in all, good value for money and we would stay here again.
The motel was clean, tidy and pleasant enough, The shower was a highlight, as in it was large and easy to maneuver in, the set up was good. The bed was ok, to say a bit hard but otherwise ok. No meals provided we had to eat out.
Just a one night stay but a very "old style" comfortable friendly stay.
Clean well kept rooms with just enough in the right places.Staff were friendly & helpful.
Situated just out of town but in a quiet area but still within (1km) walking distance of the main street or services.

Top marks for cleanliness. The motel was convenient and comfortable. Manager very obliging and friendly. The motel sign, entrance and grounds dont give the right impression as they could do with a good tidy up.
We had 2 great evenings spent at Hilltop! 10 of us (including our guide from Birding Ecotours) were working our way thru the area on a birding (twitching!) trip. Rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast as well! Hosts were very gracious and we really enjoyed our visit- Thanks
