We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit for 3 nights. The room was ideal and staff very friendly. The room had all the conveniences needed to make our stay comfortable. The back courtyard was convenient however needs a little TLC but overall we were very happy and woul stay again
We were guests at a wedding in a nearby winery and stayed here one night. We were pleased with our choice. The room was a little worn, but room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Despite being close to the highway, the room was very quiet (I have excellent hearing!). The bed was super comfy and the linens good quality. We slept very well. Wifi worked well. Keep up the good work, Yarra Valley Motel!
Had important family event and needed 1-night stay for 5 people.
In hindsight wish booked for 2 motel rooms instead of ground floor 2 BR apartment.
Spacious and clean but quite dated and with a weary “old” smell.
Little needed fixes added to irritation: bathroom door absent handle (can’t close for privacy),
flickering room light globe, broken security door, and stained carpet.
Two good accommodation saves: comfortable beds and good water flow in shower.
COVID reasons keeping indoor pool shut in December 2021 .. even if double vax, really?!
Only 1 night but wouldn’t stay much longer.
We rented 4 rooms to attend a family wedding. We had to change our booking on multiple occasions due to Covid. They couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The rooms were simple but very clean and convenient. Other family member stayed at more expensive accommodation and wished they had joined us at The Yarra Valley. Thank you.
Had to cancel due to covid govt restrictions. Cancellation was 10 days before the booking. Sent emails and never got a reply. Eventually rang only to be told they wouldn't refund. Have faced similar circumstances in the past with other service providers and they have always refunded. Very poor.
