We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Yarra Gables. Booking and check in was a breeze and when we arrived it was clean and fresh and the aircon was on. We returned after a long day at Live at the Vines and enjoyed the rest of the evening in. Woke up to the beautiful views on a misty morning. Great location and accomadation. Would recommend checking this place our for your next stay.

Large room, very clean, friendly staff. Not very far from the town and getting to wineries was only short drives. After visiting wineries and attractions getting back to the room was a great feeling of comfort and homely with clean set of linens. This place has a large backyard that a guest can wonder around. There are a kids playground and space to run about for kids and a vegetable garden with many variety such as different kinds of tomatos, pumkin, zucchini, blackberries, strawberries. Also a chook cage with no smell to enjoy.

We stayed in a spacious, clean, quiet, modern, three bedroom villa, thanks to the generosity and adaptability of the management, Christine in particular. Outside was a wooden deck with table and chairs, shaded by a fabulous oak tree next door. There was even a remote controlled double garage for the car. Inside was a well appointed kitchen with Blanco appliances, a separate fully functioning laundry and books and DVD provided for the large flatscreen TV. Master bedroom came with walk-in robe and well-lit ensuite. All this and a short drive or brisk walk into the town of Healesville.

A lovely 2 night stay at Yarra Gables. We chose the 2 Bedroom unit (in case one of us had trouble sleeping, the other could at least go to the other room to sleep early) but we didn't end up using the twin-bed room, just the master which is almost like a studio suite then with the master bed, the kitchenette and the living area at one glance. The space is large and we loved the fact that there was so much counter space around for us to store things. Ensuite bathroom was of a good size, and they are very generous with the towels and toiletries. It all felt so cosy, and we enjoyed a good afternoon sitting on the porch, reading, something we don't usually get much time or inclination to do on our vacations! But the peaceful environment made it perfect for some tea or wine by the porch. Even better, the grounds are amazing, and so well-kept with the most adorable personal touches. Strolling around, we enjoyed their rose and herb gardens. One evening, we sat on one of the ideally-placed outdoor seats to have some wine and watch the sunset. The owner is super helpful, dropping us a text a couple of hours after check-in to see if we needed anything. It's also a great location, a short drive away from Healesville town's cafes, grocery shopping etc. Definitely my choice should I return to Yarra Valley again!

Our family stayed in 4 cottages, all so clean, modern decor and very comfortable. Quality, comfortable beds. Very spacious. Beautiful garden outlook. Enjoyed so much we would not hesitate to come back and stay again.
