First impressions are lasting impressions. The front of house needs to learn some finesse. Customer service doesn’t need to be arduous- engage your customers positively and communicate with them. When we arrived they were not busy and should have been happy and engaging. All positive energy was sucked out of us. Had there been other options, we would have departed.
The pizza we had was good and in large part made up for the service. The shorter fellow was that bit more engaging.
Room for improvement...be positive and communicate..
