Description: Darcy's Restaurant is located at one of Halls Gap's premier accommodation establishments - Comfort Inn Country Plaza Halls Gap. Seating up to 70 people Darcy's Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday nights from 6pm onwards and bookings are encouraged. The restaurant does close on Public Holidays but will open for large groups. The menu which is a fusion of Australian and Nepalese cuisine is complemented by a wine list that comprises mainly wines from the Grampians and Pyrenees Regions. Groups are always welcome and Darcy's Restaurant is available for weddings, corporate events, private dinner parties and special events. There is ample parking onsite and the Restaurant is within easy walking distance to the town centre. Come in and try some of the specialities such as the locally farmed slow braised Boer-cross Goat Curry or the Roasted Duck Shanks accompanied by a wine from The Gap Vineyard. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised at the value and quality of the meals prepared by 2 of the Region's best chefs.

Like almost everywhere in Oz this place offers poor value for very mediocre food and service. Dingy old place like a UK working men's club of the 1970s. Food pretty poor and very expensive with wine at London prices.
When you go to halls gap better take your own food and drink with you as the whole place despite its beautiful surroundings looks dingy and dead.

We ended up at this restaurant by chance, as the others we were originally going to go to were actually closed. As it turns out, this worked in our favour as the restaurant was lovely.
The wood fire makes it a very cosy place to eat, and while the meals seemed to be pub-sized, they were deliciuous, restaurant-quality and the serviced matched.
The waitresses were lovely, professional and helpful with tips on where we should go to see the Grampians and make the most of our time in Halls Gap.
I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
