Great place to stay for one night while on roadtrip from Sydney.
The staff were friendly and had late check in. Through google maps and gsp say that it's at two different locations. All and all not bad

This is a clean and tidy motel, well situated in Frankston and easy to find.
The staff are friendly and the rates are good. We would recommend it to any one looking for good accommodation in Frankston

I stayed here for 5 days towards the end of July while attending to family business. The room, although ageing, was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and not overly bright at night. The bed was excellent and the heating and electric blankets very welcoming. Kitchinette was very functional and I loved the daily housekeeping. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. A dedicated laundry room with washers and dryer is also available for guests at a reasonable price or you can hang your clothes to dry in your room with the clothes airer which is provided. The motel is located very close to the beaches and it is the gateway to many more scenic destinations. It is an ideal place to stay. I will definitely stay here again but hopefully in warmer weather so I can use the pool!

For a motel, it's quite good. Good location, near 24hr macs so food is not a problem. Friendly staff, great facilities (Swimming pool, tennis court) for a motel though we didn't use them since it was winter.
Bed is abit small for a family with a toddler but should be sufficient for a couple. Heater can't heat the bathroom so be prepared for cold bathrooms in winter.
But for the price, it's pretty worth it..

Very friendly receptionist who made is free very welcome. Were also offered milk for tea and coffee in the room. Room basic, But very clean and good for the price. The only downside was the bathroom decor was a bit dated. Apart from that a pleasant stay.

Arrival about 5.30pm on a cold winters day after a long trip.
Cold/Business greeting manner from older female receptionist personnel.
Cold room very basic motel room and very tired bathroom.
Soap/Shampoo dispenser for basin and shower (my guess - cheapest option).
Wake-up next morning and no COLD water. Reported to reception via phone and asked to come and collect key for another room so we could use bathroom & shower. So out into the wet and cold to reception to collect the key for another room and then have to move our belongings - "Really not happy Jane". Note: we go to them not them to us. We then move rooms and things get worse, colder room with bathroom in worse condition, stunk of cigarettes, shower recess lined with grotty sealer around edges, bathroom floor floods whilst showering. Thankfully we had extra towels in this room as we had pre-used bought towels from our previous room. (used to mop up flood water in small bathroom) We were visiting family and could have been regular customers - after this visit there is no way we will return to this motel.
Room tip: Do go there!
