I am told it gets busy over the Christmas period but if you are looking for a quiet caravan park in a bush setting close to the Little Desert National Park then this is the place for you. Even if you are just looking for an overnight stop between Melbourne and Adelaide it is a great choice. Powered, non powered sites and cabins are available. Good amenities, friendly staff, reasonable rates with a discount for 7 days. Possums and native birds are everywhere - when it gets too hot a swim in the river at Horseshoe Bend is only 10 minutes away. Walking distance to the town and hotel.

Checked in to a powered site with a camper van for the night last night.
The amenities block has been recently upgraded and is fantastic.
Trees, grass, a great spot by the river and quiet - apart from the noisy cockatoos at the moment! However, they departed very early this morning.
This park has had an upgrade and it's a great place to stay and reasonably priced too.
