Worst customer service ever. I stayed 1 night and prepaid via booking.com. After I checked I noticed pending charges of $7.10 on my credit card. Then another charge of $8.12 was processed by the hotel. There certainly should be no charges at all. I did not use any items from the minibar and did not consume any items I house. I have tried tix all twice but it rings and then cuts out. I have emailed twice and even tried Facebook messaging. However no one from the hotel has bothered to reply. Be warned of this hotel. The cannot be trusted and certainly not recommended. So unlawful and also bad customer service
