Beautiful hotel combined with a terrific location at the Sydney airport. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with storing our luggage and arranging for an early check-in. Comfortable rooms and the meals in both restaurants were above average.
Great location. Walking distance to terminal. Soundproof room. Easy checkin and check out Bistro has limited menu but ok. Staff helpful. Amenities were good. Bar fridge in room was useful and price was reasonable. Good view from window of planes
Room was fine, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the swipe key failed twice on check-in until staff reprogrammed the door lock. Cafe/bar not open until 11am because of Australia Day holiday. International hotel at an international airport, Not.
This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. When we completed our cruise, we did a day tour of the blue Mountain region. The excursion ended at the airport so guests could catch their flights. We got dropped off and walked easily to the hotel.—-not having to fuss with getting a taxi from downtown or the airport hotel shuttles. We enjoyed the bar downstairs for dinner and easily got up the next morning to catch our flight. I highly recommend this location regardless of your other hotel chain preferences when visiting Sydney after a cruise or simply need a convenient place to stay prior to catching a flight. There were a lot of people that were staying at different hotels, and they were saddled with the responsibility of trying to find the shuttle or an Uber that afternoon and of course would have to do it again in the morning before their flight.!
5 minutes walk (or less) from getting off plane, to hotel. So easy.
I arrived late in the evening, & so was able to saunter over to the terminal in the morning, get my phone sorted, have a Maccas, and everything done. Back to the hotel in 2 minutes.
Check in was a bit slow, but efficient. My check in girl, Desiree (I think) was smiling and very helpful.
Room was a great size, very clean, well appointed (nice view) and very comfortable.
Fantastic iron & ironing board. Great hair dryer. Desiree gave me some extra milk so that I could make extra tea in my room.
Check out was simple.
It was only a short stay for me, but it was very comfortable. The room size added to my sense of comfort.
