Really pleased I found this B&B in Manly, and was made to feel very welcome. Happy with the rooms, location, breakfast and overall experience. The only thing that wasn't ideal is because the B&B is part of the main house, you can hear all the noises from the house and I did struggle with this when I was trying to get to sleep and early in the mornings. Don't let this put you off unless you are a very light sleeper, in which case just use earplugs!!
