This cottage was dirty there was hairs in bedding , stairs very steep and no banister , fire was still full of rubbish , fridge was dirty the cottage hadn't been cleaned since last People stayed , the key holder told us to come back in hour because cleaner had not done her job ???? So we did but only stayed two nights out of our three , and that was only because our grandson was so excited and we could not find anywhere else to stay , we have stayed in loads of cottage but would not stay in this one again
We had a super weekend. The cottage is located in a lovely village surrounded by beautiful welsh hills - great for long or short walks. House was warm - good central heating and had a great wood burning stove in the living/dining room. Very cosy & comfortable indeed. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking (although could do with a better kitchen knife). Good pub for beers and chat located 50m from the front door (dont let the dog know you have food in your bag!), and the pub a mile down road, Tafarn Dwynant, is really good for food.
