Great range of food served hot, good portion sizes, friendly staff, good value too. Menu to suit all tastes. Bring your own drinks. Good atmosphere.

Group of friends had a takeaway last week, was ready for collection at agreed time and food was very nice. Would expect some free popodoms with a meal over £50 but that was my only complaint.

Good service by staff here. Good portion sizes and tasty curry, naan and rice. Good prices for set meals and menu aside. If you have a party and don't all select the set menu be advised you will be charged for the most expensive main meal no matter who ordered it. Bring your own booze is amazing. Would recommend.

We went early and were seated promptly but service was slow thereafter. It was about half an hour after arrival that we got our starters (initially we were the only pair in the restaurant). This seemed to be mainly because the restaurant had lots of takeaway orders coming through on the phone which kept the waiter busy. Clearly popular with the locals as they did a brisk trade in takeaways whilst we were there. They have a good value meal deal on three nights a week including Sunday (£12.75 for poppadoms, starter, main and either a nan or a rice, then coffee. - not all dishes are allowed as part of the deal such as king prawn or English dishes). Our starters were lovely. The mains were mixed. The lamb was tough and overcooked in the lamb passanda. The garlic chicken was ok and the Keema rice lovely as was peshwari nan. Would probably get a takeaway next time.
