Description: CAFE MOR IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. WE OPEN AGAIN GOOD FRIDAY 2018. Thank you all for a wonderful season, see you next year! Cafe Mor is the name given to our beach food outlet at Freshwater West. Cafe Mor took the BBC Food & Farming award for 'Best Street food/Take Away in the UK' in 2014 as well as having been awarded 'Best of the Best', 'Best Sandwich', 'Best Drink' and 'Best Looking Mobiler' at The British Street Food Awards in the past few years. We use local lobster & crab from DASH shellfish in Little Haven & fish from Milford as well as incorporating foraged seaweeds into our popular dishes. If seafood isn't your thing we also have our own Beach Beef Burgers made for us by Andy at Yerberston Gate Farm, they have laverbread in them to add an out of this world depth to the flavour.

Amazing food from a van! What do you expect? This is Pembrokeshire!
The delightful fish and beach fare is totally delicious.
And you can get some of their special ingredients (like the fabulous Mermaid Confetti) at Wisebuys in Pembroke.
This is an experience not to be missed.

Visit here for coffee etc regularly as we live just up the road and walk our dog on the beach. We always bring our visitors who love how unusual it is. I'm not really a burger fan but recently gave in to pressure from the family and tried the "Cafe Mor" burger - absolutely sensational!

We went here after a long walk on the beach. The food is fresh and impressive, nothing like your usual food van. We enjoyed a crab roll and the burgers - delicious!

Have eaten their wares from their stall in the Hay-on-wye book festival for many a year, so decided while I was down Pembrokeshire to their "establishment". I say establishment in quotations since as you can see from the pictures it is not much more than a cabin in a car park across the road fom the beach. Don't let this fool you though. The quality of the food they serve is top class and couldn't be better if it was served in a resteraunt. When I was there I tried the lobster roll with seaweed sauce and It came stuffed with what must have been an entire lobster tail.
Be warned they are well known and it wouldn't suprise me to learn that people come to Freshwater West simply to sample their wares. As a result they do sell out of some items fast and due to its remote location popping to the local fish monger is not an option.

The burgers and seaweed ketchup are delicious. Lovely roll to go with it which is key to a good burger.

The lobster roll is to die for. Beautiful sauce to accompany it. Again the crusty roll helps finish it off.

Homemade brownies. Firm on the outside gooey in the centre.

Worth the visit as the views and beach are something special too
