“Fantastic ”
Reviewed 25 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We spent a long weekend here last week. We absolutely loved the house with amazing views and location. We spent the whole time on the beach which is literally at the end of the driveway. We arrived to find a nice bottle of wine and nibbles which was a lovely touch.

“Cobblers cove”

We cannot wait to return to this lovely house with views to die for,the house is beautifully presented we could not find a single fault with it ,
The house is suitable for two families if needed it is also suitable for a disabled people as everything you need is on the ground floor ,there is a staircase to the lovely upstairs sitting room and I found the stairs were easy to climb as it has two handrails.
The house is situated across the road from the beach and the changing sea and the amazing sunsets can be easily seen through the windows in both sitting rooms.
Best house we have ever stayed in in Trearddur Bay and that's saying something .

“What an amazing house in an amazing location”
Reviewed 28 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

This was a lovely home in the perfect setting. The house is spacious, open and bright, with hidden gems throughout. There is a beautiful window seat on the first floor, where you can relax and watch the sea and sunset to your hearts content. We went with my son and our in laws and it was perfect as the living / sleeping quarters are arranged over two floors, which allowed plents of space for everyone. The bedrooms and bedding were particularly pleasant with feather duvets, pillows and fresh towels. It boasts a real home from home appeal. This was perfectly situated and we are definately going to book again.

“Absolutely fantastic, ideally situated facing a picturesque bay”

My husband and I have just celebrated our 25yrs silver wedding anniversary and booked to stay here and return to the area of where my late parents lived. This property offers everything you could ask for. The views from the upper lounge are spectacular right across the beach and watching the sun setting was wonderful. The home is well equipped with an array of mod cons along with its own quaint furnishing. The furnishings were soft and lovely to sit on both upstairs and downstairs and the dining table was a fabulous size if entertaining family or friends. The house is equipped with two bathrooms one upstairs and downstairs which is ideal. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom which has a large king bed with a lovely mattress and wonderful soft white bedding and duck/goose down pillows. The towels were really soft and fluffy and had been washed in a beautiful laundry detergent same as the bedding and the smell followed all the way through the house. Scented toilet roll of coconuts wafted in the bathroom. The owners had left us a lovely anniversary card which we thought was so kind of them, and a welcome starter pack. The property is quite large and has sufficient parking for a few cars on the front and suntrap area's at the rear with wonderful gardens. We were lucky and had a couple of days sunshine which made it accessible for us to make use of the patio area. We were able to take our dog with us, however this house was so clean you would never of thought dogs had stayed here before. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book to stay here again and next time longer. The beach is directly across from the house and the amenities of the local shops can be accessed along the beach path. There are many wonderful walks, the beautiful beach and a few restaurants around. We ate at the Seacroft but had to sit outside on the decking as they do not let dogs inside. However the Trearddur Bay Hotel allows dogs and an enclosed area away from other diners. The White Eagle in Rhoscolyn offers food to die for but again no dogs inside but you can sit outside on the wonderful decking weather permitting and the walk here across the heatherlands from Trearddur Bay is away from the roads and safe and offers splendid views. I would say people with older children may appreciate this property more, and elderly could stay here with direct access to all the downstairs facilities which offers kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedroom, dining room. However the stairs could prove a problem if wanting to sit in the fabulous upstairs lounge looking across the bay. Our dog loved it here, garden is secure if you remember to check after window cleaner or gardener have been as they left the gate open. Would be ideal to have small lock on the inner side of the gate as it does lock from outside. All in all a wonderful stay in a truly beautiful idyllic place.

What a gorgeous house and place. The upstairs lounge was luxurious and situated overlooking the bay- it was magical. The nearby pub, Seacroft lovely food. Wouldn't recommend the Treaddur Bay hotel, could have been a one off, h0wever waited over an hour for poor food.
Took young children, parents and dog- everyone loves the dogs! Great long garden to play in also. Would definately go back.
