“A cosy and pleasent stay”
Reviewed 31 December 2013 for a stay in December 2013

We had a great stay just before Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to receive some Christmas treats from Linda and particularly liked the slippers and dressing gown provided.

The cottage is a mere ten minute walk from the beach and a small local shop is situated around the corner. If you are staying for more than a couple days it may be worth shopping at a supermarket before entering Wales as the biggest shop nearby is a SPAR in Tal-y-bont. The pub is also just a stones throw away.

The hot tub is a great feature and really made our stay. We enjoyed sitting in of a nighttime especially when the sky is clear and full of stars. The cottage was very clean and had all of the facilities we required.

The bed was extremely comfortable and cosy, and we both had great nights sleep.

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying with Linda at Llwyn Ynn Cottage

Thanks Linda

So....

I'm back at work now completley re-vitalised by this wonderful retreat. Booked last minute & at a great rate. Linda is a fantastic owner & has thought about what she doing here. Expertly appointed bedroom, cosy living arrangements & plentyful inventory. We have hectic lives in the City & this is an ideal place to forget about all of that. No phone signal (bonus), Lots of logs for the fire, great butchers down the road, beautiful river walks, hot tub utilised & very laid back...

No wonder Linda is already booked out for 40 out of 52 weeks next year.

Thank you ever so much for having us & we will remember our time at your place forever!

“Flawless!”
Reviewed 13 November 2013 for a stay in November 2013

The host, Linda has paid careful attention to detail to make this a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Everything was perfect; the bed was amazing, the woodburning stove was charming, the hot tub was glorious and the garden was beautiful. A great place to relax and spend time in the country with easy access to nice forest and beach walks. My boyfriend and I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely go back. I will be recommending this place to everyone!

“Lovely home from home, ideal location, great dog friendly holiday.”
Reviewed 11 November 2013 for a stay in November 2013

The cottage exceeded our expectations, there was everything we needed for a great break away.
Good location with easy access to the beach & lots of walks. Then ease the aches in the hot tub, followed by a wine infront of the log fire & into a cosy 4 poster bed!!
Dave our English Bull Terrier had a fab time, everything at the cottage is dog friendly & safe.
Linda is a lovely hostess who is there if you need anything & leaves lovely touches to add to your stay.
If you need a break from life this is the place for you with or without a dog.

“Excellent facilities, a charming and quaint cottage”
Reviewed 5 November 2013 for a stay in October 2013

Linda is an excellent host, from the nice bottle of wine chilling in the fridge to our constantly warm hot tub we truly enjoyed an excellent stay. The bed is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom plenty big enough; also with a comfy sofa and snug TV room, a lovely conservatory which gets nice light in the morning and a sizable garden. Set in a beautiful part of the country with Snowdonia on its doorstep this is a very well priced let within walking distance of the beach and some lovely hills. For a couple or very small family, I couldn't recommend this enough.
