“fantastic family holiday”
Reviewed 9 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

What a beautiful cottage, in a fantastic location. The views were incredible. There were 10 in our party aged from 6 to 79 and all fitted in comfortably. There are some great walks from the cottage. Even made it halfway up snowdon. A great time had by all.

“Great family chillout”
Reviewed 30 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Lovely cottage, lots of room for 10 people, Very handy for Watkin trail if you are walking up Snowdon. We did Bounce below, Slate mine, Electric Mountain, and lovely walks. Never used an Aga style cooker before but managed ok. We could not make the tv and broadband work but lots of dvd's, games and books available so never missed the tv. Ordered food online for delivery to the cottage, lots of room in the fridge and freezer section and lots of little cafes in villages and at attractions for a snack some small shops for basics. We were lucky with the weather but all had a lovely family break. Driveway can be a bit tricky best to park by garage if low underside of car.

“Perfect for what we needed”
Reviewed 3 May 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Stayed here with my family for a climb up mount Snowdon. The cottage was superb value for money, very large and spacious, comfy beds, very quiet... spot on really. The owners were also good enough to let us have a lie on departure day due to the house not being booked again for a couple of days.

The location is perfect too for walks up the mountain. You can literally walk up from the door or start different paths that are 10 minute drives away as we did.

The garden at the back is nice to chill out after a hard days walking if the sun is still out - very peaceful!

Thanks very much !
