“Quiet contemporary seafront apartment”
Reviewed 12 January 2017 for a stay in January 2017

This property is located at the quieter end of Criccieth promenade, but still only 10 mins walk to the shops & restaurants. Plenty of on street parking in January right in front of the property. Maybe different in high season, but should not be a problem nearby. This property is fresh & modern & has stunning sea views from the bay window, of the entire Bay & the distant mountains of the Rhinogs behind Harlech, right down to Llwyngwril near Fairbourne. From the outside, you may think that the buildings are the Victorian seaside flats we remember from the 70's. Step inside the front door, and you'll realise that this is a 21st century luxury apartment .No breakfast times to worry about, no room staff coming in to disturb your morning, just chill time all day. If you need to eat, there's ample facilities for cooking here, but you'll probably find the excellent Dylans Restaurant at some point of your stay, just at the opposite end of the promenade (with parking just outside for £1) if you don't fancy the 15 mins walk there. There are also several smaller restaurants within the village, along with a number of pubs serving food. If you do encounter a problem during your stay, owner, Rita responds to texts very promptly.
Go on, spoil yourself!

Glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment. Regarding your complaints, very surprised by lack of cloths in kitchen, we normally provide cloths and scourers, so apologies for that. There is an isolater wall switch at the side of the hob for the extractor and hob light, unfortunately this had been switched off. Regarding the free standing light in the lounge, the bulb had gone, and it should have been checked, I will have to make sure my housekeeper stays off the sherry trifle next Christmas, it seems to be her downfall, wish you the very best for the coming year, Rita.

“Brilliant View”
Reviewed 7 October 2016 for a stay in September 2016

This was a lovely modern flat in a quaint seaside property with stunning views across the Irish sea from the windows at the front. The flat was very well equipped and clean. Criccieth is a lovely little seaside town with great walks and nice cafes and restaurants plus miles of beach to walk!

“Beautiful Apartment & Views”
Reviewed 1 September 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We would just like to thank Rita for our stay over the bank holiday weekend. The apartment was beautiful along with the views from the bay window. Also a special thank you for the bottle of wine and milk that you left for us.

We would defiantly recommend and would stay again.
