Loved the fact that this was a restaurant with rooms. Our room was very pleasant and quiet. Our meal was simply fantastic. The scallops were divine and the mussels very nice indeed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Situated on the foreshore and close to the Post Office. They only take cash but the Post Office has an ATM so you can get cash if you need it.

I spent one night here, and had dinner at the restaurant as well. My room was a lovely en-suite, comfy bed, gorgeous view of the water. Dinner was a lovely pan fried salmon, nice sized portion with perfectly cooked asparagus and potatoes. Breakfast (included) was great as well-you can’t go wrong with soft scrambled eggs and smoked salmon!

We ate here on our last night in Arisaig, and it was fantastic! We had sea bass with chorizo, tomatoes and crushed potatoes, superb flavours! Then we had a selection of Scottish cheeses, all washed down with a bottle of sauvignon blanc! Delicious! The service was brilliant, staff so friendly and we could take our little dog in too!

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and offered to be “squeezed in for dinner if we hadn’t eaten”. Once shown our room and informed of breakfast hours, as we were leaving early to catch the first ferry to Skye our host promptly offered to make a food bag to take away with us which was brought up to the room and was very welcome the following day.
The room itself was very clean and very cosy feel, the bathroom space was well fitted and had a great shower which is always welcome when traveling around.
Would definitely stay here again if we journey back to Arisaig.
