“Perfect peaceful getaway”
Reviewed 31 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We loved our week here, so quiet but with all you need easily within reach! Lovely garden to sit in and it had all we needed.
Great spot for local walks, taking longer trips to Lindesfarne/Bamburgh as well as all the Borders abbeys and other historical sites.
The welcome hamper was fabulous.
Thank you.

“Good holiday rental”
Reviewed 18 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Good little apartment. Its up stairs to the rooms and they are well laid out and offer every convenience you would want apart from no TV (this is stated in the literature) and WiFI is only in the lounge and bedroom. Made very welcome by Kathi and Eric, also a welcome hamper was provided, well stocked. The apartment is close to the town centre, an easy walk,5 minutes, with a variety of shops and restaurants, cafes and pubs. An enjoyable holiday.

A beautiful, quaint place to stay. Fully equipped and very comfortable. Even added extras for our toddler! A great base for us to explore from.
Would highly recommend this to others.

“Don't Pass This up!”
Reviewed 29 December 2015 for a stay in September 2015

My daughter-in-law & I stayed here for two nights and wished it could have been a week! Wonderful family, very helpful; real pleasure to stay here. Very cosy, even had one of the family cats come to visit us! We will definitely be going back there on our next trip to Scotland in 2016!

“Glorious Venue for Family or Couple Get Away”
Reviewed 6 November 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Stayed with two young children who had the time of their lives. Great family friendly venue, but would also be lovely secluded break for couples. Excellent hosts who have thought of everything. Thoroughly recommend.
