“Pretty cottage in beautiful location.”
Reviewed 26 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Lovely cottage in a very beautiful area minutes away from the lake. The cottage had everything we needed for us to enjoy a comfortable five days and the owners a pleasure to deal with who were on hand if a problem had arose(which fortunately didn't)
Yes we would return and recommend to others.
We enjoyed two very enjoyable meals in Balloch ....The Tullie Inn which was excellent and good value and a 15 min drive. The Loch Lomand Hotel pleasant but found the food good but pricey.
We used the train from Balloch to take us into Glasgow ....a good day out which took around 50 mins.

“Lovely holiday home in a very pretty location”
Reviewed 4 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We stayed in Luss for two nights. The cottage is small but all you need for a break. It's clean, well equipped (good quality furniture and equipment) and located right at the centre of Luss. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. We like to cook, so the only reason it didn't score higher is we didn't appreciate Luss is quite so small and you can't buy much produce in the village but if you like to eat out, there is a choice of very local restaurants.

The cottage is designed with people with disabilities in mind, so it's great if that's important to you.

“Great location and cottage”
Reviewed 1 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Cozy, warm cottage (2 reasonable-size bedrooms), living room and kitchen in excellent location in the village of Luss. It's only two minutes or so walk through the small village to Loch Lomond (and the pier, for boats to Balloch etc.) and a similar distance to a nice pub with OK food. Adjacent (behind the cottage) is the "village shop", modest in size but with the essentials as well as gifts for the passing tourists (a large car park is next to the shop, but far enough from the cottage that there was no noise) and a small section of hot food (excellent bacon sandwiches!). The WiFi had been improved and was reliable and fast (enough for kids to stream NetFlix).

There are some easy walks (10-30 min) around the village and local countryside. Balloch (good country park/play areas, Loch Lomond Shores with eating and other attractions, including TreeZone, supermarket and restaurants/take out) is about 10 minutes drive down the road).

“Beautiful cottage!!!”
Reviewed 21 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

My mum and i stayed at this cottage on 14th and 15th October 2015 and i must say we couldn't have picked a better place to stay!
The cottage was beautifully decorated, very spacious and in the perfect location. We noticed visitors passing by would always stop and look at the cottages because they were so lovely!
Rita the owner was very helpful and welcoming and left us some lovely fudge and shortbread as a welcome gift.
I would definitely recommend this cottage to my family and friends!
Thanks again Rita!
