A delightful Hotel by the side of the loch. Lovely views of the loch. Very clean and comfortable, a wonderful chef who provides delicious meals. Amanda and Robert, the proprietors, and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely decorated, the bedrooms are a good size and en-suite bathrooms are well equipped.. The hotel is quiet and well situated for exploring mid-Scotland. There is a bar and a pleasant sitting room for residents.. The dining room is open to non residents - and always seems pretty full, a tribute to Robert, the chef. We will return!

Room Tip: Ask for one facing th loch.

I recently booked all the rooms at the Lochearnhead Hotel for two nights accommodation for family and friends attending our son's wedding nearby. The hotel owner, Robert, was so helpful when making arrangements, the rooms were bright and airy, most had views over Loch Earn, breakfast was tasty and everyone was greeted with a smile and made so welcome. Robert and Amanda even arranged an evening meal for guests who arrived after a long journey from Australia. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with 5 star welcome I would highly recommend staying at the Lochearnhead Hotel - they really care about their guests.

Room Tip: The 5 rooms facing Loch Earn are lovely with beautiful views across the lock from the slightly elevated hotel location

The hotel stands on Lochearnhead, with most rooms facing directly on to this beautiful loch. The owner is also a trained chef so all meals from breakfast to dinner at night are cooked with flair and wonderful flavour. The rooms are great with some having larger bathrooms than others. All linen is white in the beds and bathrooms. The ambiance is warm and friendly. It has a well stocked bar where you can sit looking out to the loch and mountains. The location is ideal for walking and touring.

Again Amanda & Robert were amazing hosts. They are tireless in their ability to accommodate their guest’s wishes which makes for a wonderful weekend.
From the welcome to the departure the service, food and comfort were excellent.
An incredibly well run hotel. Can’t wait for my next visit in September.
