“Beautiful and relaxing setting...yards from pub!”
Reviewed 10 April 2018 for a stay in March 2018

The cottage had an interesting and quirky lay out, well stocked kitchen and one of the best book collections we have come across in any accommodation to date! Quiet setting close to River and wildlife yet yards away from the well known pub and restaurant at the falls. Walking distance to shops and other eating places. Good access for local walks and hills in area. Very comfortable bed! Lovely friendly owners. Had a lovely relaxing time.

“Hogmanay”
Reviewed 3 January 2018 for a stay in December 2017

Spent a wonderful Hognanay at Barn cottage. The location is wonderful, situated just metres from the Falls of Dochart which were certainly in full flow for our visit!
The cottage has everything you could possibly need and Karen the owner more than happy to help with anything. Spotlessly clean and the large porch with underfloor heating is ideal for wet dogs. My lab had a great time exploring the estate and surroundings.
Fireworks at the falls are a must if you're in the area for New Year and the New Years day street party at Pitlochry was a great way to start the year.
Plenty of places to eat out, particularly recommend the Falls of Dochart Inn and Kenmore Hotel - the view from the restaurant is wonderful.
Cannot fault our stay, thanks again!

“Excellent Location”
Reviewed 2 November 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Karen was very helpful and informative about stuff for kiddies to do in local area and responds quickly to any queries. It was a bonus that the cottage was filled with all the basic condiments needed so you could relax on your first night without having to go straight to the shops. Killin is a lovely area. A car is a must if you want to visit all the local attractions!

“Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a holiday”
Reviewed 21 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Us: We were family of 4 adults and child stayed for a week in barn cottage.

Location : The cottage is located just under 100 meters to dochart falls. Loch tay is walkable distance. You could hire bikes from killin outdoor center(next door to co-op store) 10 min walk from the cottage(During our stay the weather wasn't great to do cycling). Don't miss the breathtaking drive to aberfeldy a small highland town across the Loch tay beautiful walks("birks of aberfeldy"), distillery and a castle. Driving to Fort william, neptune staircase or Ben nevis is a easy drive as you are almost in the highlands.

Cottage : Karen has kept everything you need for all weather holiday. Karen has kept plenty of information about places to go filed categorically by interests. Phone chargers, wii console with games and a good collection of DVDs. Both the bedrooms and living room has dvd players(note this). The kitchen is well equipped with lots of cooking ingredients you need on a holiday.

Host: Absolutely lovely hosts. They kept me updated on every step of the process.

If I ever go back to scotland it will be to Killin again.
